The digital world is intangible, yet we can perceive it as something almost real.
It's an illusion reflected by the images on our screens, but it's another reality, one that exists only in a binary universe, composed of just zeros and ones, but which we perceive as a whole dimension similar to the world we live in, with the same spatial parameters, depth, temporality, etc., and all thanks to new technologies.
In other words, we are permanently situated between two realities or dimensions: the REAL and the VIRTUAL.
Just as the theory of The Matrix suggests, it's reasonable to think that right now or in the future, we may not be able to differentiate one from the other.
The idea behind this project is to contrast both realities and explore the meaning of "the real."
I work with mixed techniques, both traditional and digital, combining visual arts with illustration, graphic composition, and technological resources such as 3D printing and augmented reality.
I create images where the manual and the technological intertwine, honoring the intuition of the line while exploring new visual possibilities.
Each piece is a synthesis of worlds: drawing, editing, color, and experimentation come together to express what cannot be said with words.Type your paragraph here
ABOUT MY CHARACTERS
Creatures trapped in an infinite journey.
They don’t travel by their own will — they are carried.
They seem gentle, but they hide questions.
They are always affected by gravity and other physical forces
Their suits protect them and conceal them.
They appear in my works precisely when time stands still… like fleeting snapshots, there — and only for a moment — we can see them.
